• Basic understanding of organizational processes and management systems.
• Prior knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience in Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Compliance, Operations, or related functions is recommended.
• Participants should have an interest in auditing, compliance, risk management, and continual improvement.
• Ability to understand documented information, procedures, and operational controls.
• No prior auditing experience is required. 

The Integrated Management System (IMS) Internal Auditor Training course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical auditing skills required to conduct internal audits of an Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2026 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).

The training covers the principles of auditing in accordance with ISO 19011 guidelines, audit planning, audit execution, reporting of audit findings, identification of nonconformities, corrective actions, and continual improvement. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of the three standards and learn how to effectively evaluate organizational compliance, process performance, environmental aspects, and occupational health and safety risks.

• Interpret clauses and requirements of an Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Understand auditing principles and methodologies based on ISO 19011.
• Plan, prepare, conduct, and manage internal audits effectively.
• Develop audit checklists and audit plans.
• Identify and document nonconformities, observations, and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate process effectiveness, environmental performance, and OH&S controls.
• Assess risks, opportunities, legal compliance obligations, and operational controls.
• Prepare professional audit reports and communicate audit findings.
• Verify corrective actions and monitor continual improvement activities.
• Contribute to maintaining compliance and improving organizational performance through effective internal auditing.
