ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training Course

• Basic Understanding of Quality Management principles (preferably ISO 9001:2015)
• Ability to read and understand English (training material will be in English)
• Interest in auditing, quality management, or process improvement
• Preferably working in or associated with organizations implementing ISO 9001
• No prior auditing experience required (training starts from fundamentals)

The ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements and ISO 19011:2018 Guidelines for Auditing.

Through interactive sessions, practical examples, and case studies, participants will:

• Understand the structure and requirements of ISO 9001:2015

• Learn auditing principles, types, and techniques

• Gain skills to prepare audit checklists and conduct effective interviews

• Understand how to record nonconformities and prepare audit reports

• Learn how to follow up on corrective actions and verify improvements

• Plan and execute internal audits in line with ISO 19011 guidelines.
• Identify and document nonconformities effectively.
• Prepare professional audit reports and recommend improvements.
• Promote a culture of continual improvement within the organization.
• Fulfill the competency requirements to perform as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015.
