Course Description

The ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements and ISO 19011:2018 Guidelines for Auditing.

Through interactive sessions, practical examples, and case studies, participants will:

Understand the structure and requirements of ISO 9001:2015
Learn auditing principles, types, and techniques
Gain skills to prepare audit checklists and conduct effective interviews
Understand how to record nonconformities and prepare audit reports
Learn how to follow up on corrective actions and verify improvements
