This policy explains how SQC Certification Services Pvt. Ltd. ("SQC", "we") collects and uses personal data when you use this website, enrol in a course, take an exam or receive a certificate.
1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, e-mail address, phone number and password (stored only in encrypted/hashed form), and profile details you add.
- Orders and payments: courses bought, amounts, order and transaction IDs, payment method, and bank-transfer details or receipts you upload. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Learning and exams: course progress, exam attempts, answers, marks, evaluator remarks, results and certificates.
- Technical data: IP address, approximate location, device and browser, login history and cookies needed to keep you signed in.
3. Why we use it
- To create your account, deliver courses, run exams and issue certificates.
- To confirm payments and enrolments and to keep records required by law.
- To send you service messages by e-mail or WhatsApp (for example payment, enrolment, exam and result updates) and, if you subscribe, news about courses.
- To protect accounts, prevent fraud and exam misconduct, and keep the website secure.
4. Certificate verification
Anyone who enters a certificate number on our verification page can see that the certificate is valid and the name, course and issue date printed on it. This lets employers and certification bodies confirm your qualification.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only as needed with: payment providers, e-mail and messaging providers, our hosting provider, and — where a course's certification scheme requires it — the relevant scheme or approval body. We do not sell personal data.
6. How long we keep data
Account and learning data is kept while your account is active. Records needed to verify certificates, and financial records, are kept for as long as the certificate is valid or the law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
You can view and update your profile in your account. To get a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account or stop marketing messages, write to crmsqc@gmail.com. Some records (for example issued certificates and invoices) may have to be kept.
8. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for sign-in, security and your cart, and preference cookies such as language. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may then not work.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
