IATF 16949:2016 Lead Auditor Training

• Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (recommended)

• Experience in automotive manufacturing or supply chain is beneficial

• Familiarity with automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) is an advantage

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Interest in auditing, compliance, and quality improvement

The IATF 16949:2016 Lead Auditor Training Course is designed to develop the knowledge and skills required to plan, conduct, lead, and manage audits of Automotive Quality Management Systems in accordance with IATF 16949:2016.

This course provides in-depth understanding of IATF 16949 requirements, automotive core tools, risk-based thinking, process approach, and customer-specific requirements (CSRs). Participants will gain practical experience in first-party, second-party, and third-party audits, including audit planning, execution, reporting, and corrective action follow-up.

Through interactive sessions, case studies, and audit simulations, learners will be prepared to perform effectively as IATF 16949 Lead Auditors and support organizations in achieving compliance, continual improvement, and customer satisfaction in the automotive industry.

Successful participants will receive an Exemplar Global–accredited Lead Auditor certificate from SQC Certification Services Pvt. Ltd.
